Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of NetSuite experience
  • Experience supporting NetSuite in a company with meaningful transaction volume and cross-functional process complexity
  • Experience with SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow
  • Experience with CSV imports, saved searches, and NetSuite customizations
  • Experience with API integrations, middleware troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with NetSuite transaction flows (sales orders, purchase orders, item receipts, item fulfillment, invoices, vendor bills, inventory records)
  • Proficiency with SQL and data analysis for large datasets, exports, and reconciliations
  • Ability to independently manage support tickets, enhancements, and root cause analysis
  • Deep understanding of integration reliability and transaction data quality improvement
  • Ability to design stable solutions without fragile customizations
  • Ability to build automation aligned with mid-sized company operations
  • Strong communication across business, IT, and external partners
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, web services, and integration middleware
  • Experience with inventory-heavy, fulfillment-heavy, multi-location environments
  • Familiarity with internal controls, audit processes, role, and permission design
  • NetSuite certifications or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Work across key areas: Item and Inventory Management, Automations and Integrations, Process Control and Monitoring
  • Develop and support NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom records, advanced searches)
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to transactions, integrations, and data flows across NetSuite and connected systems
  • Enhance and maintain integrations across platforms (e-commerce, shipping, WMS, AP automation, EDI, CRM, reporting)
  • Build automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Provide advanced technical support, including scripting, automation, and integration issue resolution within NetSuite
  • Collaborate with business and systems teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions
  • Support reporting and month-end processes using SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, KPIs, and custom outputs
  • Assist with data imports, bulk updates, cleanup, and data integrity remediation
  • Maintain technical documentation (field mappings, runbooks, deployment notes)
  • Participate in testing, release cycles, sandbox validation, and production support
  • Recommend scalable technical solutions aligned with mid-market operational needs
