Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Experience with Pardot for marketing and lead management workflows
  • Experience writing and customizing Apex code
  • Proficiency in configuring Sales Cloud (out-of-the-box) features, e.g. Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Pipeline Forecasting, Opportunity Splits
  • Experience with current-generation automation tools (Flows) over Process Builder
  • Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, and profiles
  • Experience with lead management processes within Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and their integration with Salesforce
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations that drive revenue-focused outcomes
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Healthcare industry background, including familiarity with healthcare-specific sales logic (e.g. first patient/first visit close dates, clinical trial timelines) and Excel-based data imports for test, vendor, and partner tracking
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Serve as a core technical resource for RevOps initiatives, configuring and optimizing the Salesforce environment to improve pipeline accuracy and closing predictions
  • Build robust logic within Salesforce, creating efficient user interfaces, and ensuring the CRM architecture supports strategic growth
  • Build and maintain Salesforce data structures and logic to support accurate revenue forecasting
  • Configure the CRM to reflect the sales process and improve the predictability of deal closings
  • Design and build intuitive screens and workflows for internal teams to use the system efficiently
  • Support integrations to keep data consistent across the broader tech stack
