Required skills

Requirements

5+ years of experience in machine learning
Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, and model optimization
Proficiency with LLMs frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, LangChain, Langfuse)
Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL
Skilled in building and managing data pipelines using tools (e.g. Apache Airflow, SQL), and cloud data services (e.g. Amazon S3, Redshift, Data Lakes)
Experience working in a startup environment
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Availability to go to the office in Jardins, São Paulo 3x a week

Develop and Fine-Tune LLMs
Use prompt engineering to enhance model response quality and contextual relevance, ensuring high performance in NLP applications
Build evaluation frameworks for all deployed models, regularly measuring performance and iterating on prompts and parameters to maintain quality
Create end-to-end data pipelines for customer analysis and monitoring, applying AI/ML methods for data enrichment and transforming raw data into actionable insights
Deploy machine learning models in production, focusing on scalability, reliability, and a seamless fit with business applications
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that AI-driven solutions meet business goals and deliver value to users
