Requirements

7+ years of experience as a front-end engineer
Strong technical background in React, React Native, and TypeScript
Experience optimizing performance across both mobile and web platforms
Experience working in a startup environment
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Availability to go to the office in Jardins, São Paulo 3x a week

Design and implement polished, responsive interfaces for mobile and web
Take ownership of major features
Ensure product usability, speed, and performance
Set high standards in code quality, testing, and scalability
Work closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements
Ensure that our frontend solutions deliver seamless, cohesive user experiences
Provide constructive code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor fellow engineers
Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve frontend performance, efficiency, and code reliability
