Must-haves
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Preferably experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
- Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences with strong interaction and visual design skills
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proficiency with modern prototyping and design tools
- Experience building and contributing to scalable design systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence product decisions
- Deep understanding of user-centered design grounded in research and empathy
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design outcomes
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research and discovery to interaction and visual design
- Design core product experiences for content creation, search, governance, and collaboration
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to transform insights into impactful features
- Present design concepts and articulate rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- Mentor peers and promote design thinking to strengthen product design culture
- Evolve and maintain the design system in Figma for consistency, accessibility, and scalability
- Work with Engineering to ensure clarity, feasibility, and high-quality implementation
- Define and document design best practices, processes, and feedback loops
- Use research, usability testing, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- Define success metrics and track the impact of design on user experience and business outcomes
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities for design-led innovation
