Requirements

5+ years of product design experience
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences with strong interaction and visual design skills
Proficiency with Figma
Proficiency with modern prototyping and design tools
Experience building and contributing to scalable design systems
Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence product decisions
Deep understanding of user-centered design grounded in research and empathy
Ability to navigate ambiguity, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design outcomes
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Startup experience
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Lead the end-to-end design process from research and discovery to interaction and visual design
Design core product experiences for content creation, search, governance, and collaboration
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms
Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to transform insights into impactful features
Present design concepts and articulate rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
Mentor peers and promote design thinking to strengthen product design culture
Evolve and maintain the design system in Figma for consistency, accessibility, and scalability
Work with Engineering to ensure clarity, feasibility, and high-quality implementation
Define and document design best practices, processes, and feedback loops
Use research, usability testing, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
Define success metrics and track the impact of design on user experience and business outcomes
Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities for design-led innovation
