7+ years of full-stack development experience
Proficiency with Node.js and Python
Proficiency with AWS
Experience with AI coding tools and AI agents in daily development work
Experience shipping products in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Startup experience
Experience with legacy systems, databases, infrastructure, and messy technical environments
Ability to work autonomously, drive projects forward, and act as a strategic thought partner
Ability to challenge conventional approaches using strong product intuition
Interest in working directly with customers
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Hands-on experience using AI agents and AI coding tools to build and ship faster
You can stand on your own two feet, drive work forward, and be a strategic thought partner

Experience with dental software, healthcare IT, or on-premise enterprise systems
Comfortable interfacing with clients
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Own products and features end-to-end, building products from scratch, from initial concept to production
Navigate complex dental IT environments, including on-premise servers, legacy databases, and aging software
Modernize outdated workflows and technology with creative product thinking
Partner with customers, founders, investors, and stakeholders to understand problems and build solutions
Make technical and product decisions with high autonomy and ownership
Experiment and iterate quickly based on real customer feedback
