Requirements
Must-haves
- 2+ years of website QA or web operations experience
- Proficiency with WordPress, Chrome DevTools, and HTML validation tools
- Familiarity with UX/UI and responsive design principles
- Experience documenting QA findings with clarity and structure
- Strong attention to detail across both visual and written elements
- Interest in AI, automation, and continuous process improvement
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Experience in an agency or SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Conduct detailed design and copy reviews to ensure alignment with brand, UX, and accessibility standards
- Use AI-assisted QA and automation tools to identify issues, streamline workflows, and maintain pixel-perfect accuracy
- Bridge human QA and technology by ensuring internal and external teams meet quality standards
- Champion localization accuracy, guaranteeing regional context, spelling, and cultural relevance across sites
- Collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Content teams to deliver visually consistent and error-free websites
- Make direct design and content updates in WordPress to maintain accuracy and consistency in real time
- Refine QA processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency across multiple markets
- Manage QA projects and task workflows in Wrike, ensuring transparent communication, timely updates, and smooth collaboration
