Must-haves
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of React.js experience
- 3+ years of Node.js experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with full-stack web development and UI implementation
- Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Ability to explain and defend technical implementation decisions
- Based in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, and Mexico
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
- Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering (OpenAI, Claude)
- Understanding of ORM usage with SQLite
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Develop full-stack features: Build new functionality, implement platform improvements, resolve application issues
- Deliver end-to-end solutions: Manage the full lifecycle of feature development from implementation to release
- Maintain code quality standards: Produce reliable, regression-resistant code to support stable deployments
- Translate product designs into interfaces: Convert Figma mockups into precise, production-ready UI components
- Collaborate within agile workflows: Manage stories, tasks, and progress tracking in JIRA
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with QA, product owners, and engineering leads to ensure successful feature delivery
