4+ years of software development experience
Experience at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment
Experience with Python, FastAPI
Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js
Deep knowledge of AI-driven development workflows and agentic coding practices
Proficiency with Claude Code: deep understanding of AI-assisted coding tools, and their modes (Interactive, Plan, Headless, Agent Teams, Delegate)
Interest in AI-native engineering and leveraging AI-driven workflows for problem-solving
Ability to design and implement features across the full stack, from database schema and backend APIs to accessible frontend interfaces
Ability to lead engineering standards for architecture, testing, and development quality
Availability to demonstrate recent AI-native development work using AI coding tools as the primary environment
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Startup experience
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with GCP, REST, GraphQL
Experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Redux, Zustand, React Query
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with agentic development frameworks and autonomous agent systems (Claude Agent SDK, MCP integrations)
Experience with AI media generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Sora)
Experience building internal platforms, dashboards, or systems supporting large user bases
Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers
Experience developing or maintaining design systems
Experience contributing to open-source projects or building independent side projects
Experience collaborating closely with product designers and participating in design discussions
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

End-to-end delivery of product features: research, design, implementation, testing, and release
Define and evolve engineering architecture while establishing standards for code quality, testing, and development practices
Mentor engineers on AI-native development workflows and promote best practices for agentic coding environments
Collaborate directly with customers to convert ambiguous needs into refined product experiences
Design and maintain scalable backend services (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP)
Build responsive user interfaces and polished front-end experiences (React, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui)
Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code with minimal supervision
Drive engineering processes and architectural decisions that accelerate AI-assisted development
Deliver product iterations quickly while continuously learning and improving
