Requirements

6+ years of Designer experience
A strong portfolio of shipped products
Experience with Figma
Proficiency with product design, interaction design, UX design, and prototyping
Ability to design end-to-end user experiences and translate user needs into effective flows
Deep knowledge of user experience principles, including interaction design, information architecture, and user journeys
Deep understanding of visual design, including typography, layout, and hierarchy
Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows and productivity
Interest in building AI-driven products and interfaces
Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Redesign core product experience including onboarding, data upload, natural language queries, data visualization, and insight sharing
Define and evolve design language across the platform including layout, typography, interaction patterns, motion, and visual hierarchy
Create UX vision for interacting with AI agents across different interfaces ensuring intuitive and consistent experiences
Design interaction flows for AI-driven data analysis including task delegation, output review, correction, and trust-building mechanisms
Prototype high-fidelity experiences and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
Product Design & Experience
Develop end-to-end UX flows and refine interaction patterns across the platform
Design visuals including graphics, diagrams, icons, and interface elements
Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver features continuously and refine user experience details
Iterate rapidly while maintaining high-quality standards
User Research & Feedback
Conduct discovery interviews, usability tests, and customer calls
Translate user feedback into actionable UX improvements
