Must-haves
- 4+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Proficiency in Django and React
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Deep understanding of web development principles (RESTful APIs, MVC architecture)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with source control tools (Git)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
