Required skills

Requirements

3-6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience taking a product from ideation to production (0 → 1), including roadmap development and delivery
Deep understanding of end-to-end feature delivery, from concept through production
Experience in client-facing roles, working closely with customers to identify needs and build solutions aligned to their challenges
Proficiency with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, etc.)
Ability to define, instrument, and track product metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Startup experience
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Own and prioritize the product roadmap, making scoping decisions and communicating direction clearly to the team
Conduct discovery and research by engaging directly with customers to identify problems and synthesize insights into product direction
Partner with engineers and designers throughout the full cycle, from discovery to launch, writing specs, running sprints, and unblocking the team
Define success metrics for every shipped feature, monitor adoption, gather post-launch feedback, and iterate toward real user value
Serve as the internal product expert, equipping the go-to-market team with the context needed to sell
