Requirements
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in user adoption, customer success, social media management, data analytics or a similar role
- Experience in a B2B tech startup.
- Proven ability to advocate for users, acting as their voice within the organization.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics related to user engagement, adoption, and social media presence.
- Expertise in designing and executing strategies that drive user adoption and community engagement.
- Experience collaborating with executives and senior leaders to create engaging user-facing content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and enhance user engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with users and key stakeholders.
- Strong adaptability in tailoring communication for different audiences across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

What you will work on
- Partner with executives to create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, webinars) that addresses customer challenges and promotes adoption.
- Oversee and curate content for YouTube and Facebook accounts, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with user interests.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement on social media platforms, driving both user adoption and active participation.
- Plan and execute virtual events (e.g., webinars, workshops, live Q&A sessions) to encourage networking, knowledge sharing, and community involvement.
- Foster relationships with key advocates and influencers, both within the user base and through social media channels, to amplify engagement.
- Collaborate with UX, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new users and seamless integration of social media platforms into user adoption strategies.
- Analyze user behavior on social media and the app, spot trends, and gather feedback to improve both user experience and social media content.
- Work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure platform updates and content reflect user needs, enhancing engagement and adoption.
- Align with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, training) to create and support community-focused initiatives that drive engagement and adoption.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., NPS, CSAT) through surveys and engagement metrics across social platforms to assess impact and guide strategy.
