Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of marketing or business analytics experience focused on deriving insights and guiding strategy through data
  • Experience with SQL and data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with Python for data analysis (e.g. matplotlib, pandas, numpy, seaborn)
  • Experience with Tableau for building dashboards and data visualizations
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis techniques including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and attribution modeling
  • Skilled at identifying relevant marketing segments and building cohort profiles to inform campaign targeting strategies
  • Comfortable owning the full data insight loop—from defining metrics and criteria, to evaluating campaign effectiveness, and recommending iterations
  • Collaborates with data and product teams but receives direction from other departments, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics and conversion funnel analysis
  • Deep knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and lifecycle analytics
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
  • Strong ability to interpret data in context, understand stakeholder goals, and guide campaign or product decisions based on data-driven recommendations
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to define data needs and translate requirements into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on

Partnership Campaign Analytics (60%)

  • Design and implement advanced segmentation strategies for partner campaigns (e.g. pets with chronic conditions, pets at risk of specific diseases)
  • Build automated dashboards to report campaign performance, ROI, and attribution (e.g. Tableau)
  • Run A/B tests on audience targeting, timing, and messaging to increase conversion
  • Develop predictive models to identify high-value pet parents for targeted services
  • Monitor and analyze the entire conversion funnel, from campaign exposure to vet visits

Strategic Analysis & Insights (25%)

  • Model lifetime value and perform cohort analysis across pet parent segments
  • Assess campaign attribution and incremental revenue impact for veterinary clinics
  • Analyze competitors and evaluate new market opportunities for partnerships
  • Build ROI projections and data-backed business cases to support partner acquisition
  • Uncover optimization opportunities across campaigns and analyze audience overlaps

Data Infrastructure & Reporting (15%)

  • Maintain internal and external Tableau dashboards for campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with engineering on pipeline needs for new campaign initiatives
  • Validate data integrity for analytics and financial partner reporting
